Isn't this pushing a toddler too hard?
Fifteen minutes at the child's exact edge feels like play, because it is play: crackers, towers, sound games. There are no tests and no flashcard marathons. A failed check ride triggers an easier drill, never pressure. Engagement is a first-class metric. If a child is grinding, the syllabus is wrong, and it adapts.

How much of my time does it take?

We're aiming at an inquiry-based school. Does this conflict?
No. Reggio Emilia and IB PYP schools are superb at exploration, expression and social development. They assume a foundation is being built somewhere. Wedgetail builds it: phonemic awareness, number sense, spatial reasoning. Your child arrives able to engage with the inquiry instead of decoding beneath it.
How do I know where my child really sits?
Every skill maps to the Victorian Curriculum ladder, Towards Foundation through Level 2. The platform shows the operating band per domain, derived only from logged, demonstrated mastery. A teacher could audit the claim.
What if we miss days, or a whole week?
Streaks pause rather than reset. You come back to a deliberately light re-entry day. The system is built for real families. The metric it guards hardest is that you are still here in week eight.
